Lead a pharmaceutical company through an acquisition and spin out from Public to Private Equity owned. Raised $2m in growth Capital and revamped the company wide plannng process to ensure the Company was set to excute on its upcoming growth plans.

Transistioned a Cannabis company from Netsuite ERP package to a more suitable and cost effective solution that met the business requirements. Through this process documented, and set up, revised processes and internal controls, hired a part-time controller and reduced month end timeline from >20 to 5 days.

Raised $2m in DIP financing to fund, and then guide, a Cannabis company through a full corporate restructuring and CCAA process. Achieved a unanimous creditor approval vote to eliminate 85% of creditor debt and position the company to move forward.

In an engagement with a fast growing Fintech company restructured their FP&A practices and budgeting/forecasting process. Worked cross functionally to ensure company wide buy in to the plan resulting in strongest YoY growth since inception.

Replaced E&Y as industry advisor to guide an established Telecom company through planned expansion. Built out the strategic plan supported by a dynamic financial model that armed the management team to execute as needed.
